Calculating Shipping Cost
Note: Shipping costs are estimated for bulky items and shipping outside of the Continental US. We will call you with an exact quote after the order is placed.
Shipping charges quoted will be based on UPS rate tables. Actual charges will be based on package size, weight, shipping method and destination. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has shipped.
Shipping costs for Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select®, Extra large, heavy, multiple boxed orders are quoted using your zip code, the weight and size of the packages using UPS rate tables.
The best way to get an estimated shipping cost for your order is to add your item(s) to your shopping cart, enter your shipping information and proceed to the billing screen. It will calculate your estimated shipping cost before you finalize your order. Shipping and handling charges may be altered if the calculation automatically generated by the website is not inline with charges quoted by UPS at the time of shipping.

** PLEASE NOTE ** : Dependent on the item’s amount and or the value or nature of the items sent, some orders will be sent with “signature required” or “adult signature required” and will not be left at shipping address. You agree to be responsible to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and or restocking fees will be charged.

Shipment Times & Delays
Respond Systems is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and times may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Time In Transit Disclaimer
We will not be held responsible for shipment delays and are unable to issue refunds for shipping charges because of delayed shipments due to peak seasonal demand, acts of God, acts or failures of Buyer, acts of civil, military authority, earthquakes, hurricanes, Snowstorms, fires, strikes, floods, epidemics, attacks, war, delays in transportation, acts and conditions beyond the control of our freight carriers. Other causes beyond Seller’s reasonable control, including, without limitation, delays in obtaining or inability to obtain labor, products, necessary credit card authorization, address verification and/or necessary information from buyer to process order. Our responsible lies in the fulfillment of orders within our facility and readying the packages for UPS pickup from our facility. Our guarantee to you is that your package will leave our facility within the time specified in our shipping schedule. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.
In Transit Shipping Time
UPS Ground Service shipping times from our west coast facility to the east coast is approximately 5 to 12 business days. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.
UPS 2nd Day Air Orders received prior to 1 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday, will leave on the same business day ordered subject to item availability. PLEASE NOTE: Weekends & Holidays are not counted in shipping time. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.
UPS 3 Day Select Orders received prior to 1 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday, will leave on the same business day ordered. PLEASE NOTE: Weekends & Holidays are not counted in shipping time. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.
Ground Service Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order. This time may increase due to high demand, product availability and incoming freight delays due to weather conditions and other acts beyond our control. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.
Please be sure you enter your correct email address on the order form. You will be emailed the tracking number(s) for your order.
Mistakes happen. We strive to have all orders processed fully and correctly. On occasion a problem can occur. It is important that you immediately notify us of any problems with your order. Please do so within 3 days. Remember, sometimes an order is sent in several boxes, you should have received an email with the tracking number for each box. Track each package to ensure one isn’t delayed in transit or left at a neighbors. When notifying us of a problem, please provide your order number, a list of the quantity and items you received, a list of the quantity and items shown on the packing list, and a description of the problem.
Payment for Orders
All payments must be in US funds. Personal checks will not be accepted. PAYMENT IN FULL is required for all orders. US dollars only by international money order, bank check payable in the USA or wire transfer.
